Leben auf dem Wasser entschleunigt: Langsam fließt es dahin, schlägt leise gegen den Aluminiumrumpf, die Sonnenstrahlen spiegeln sich auf der glatten Oberfläche, Vögel sind zu hören, Fische zeigen sich und die umgebende Natur ist so nah. Was als hippe Alternative in den angesagten Großstädten mit Flüssen, Kanälen und Seen entwickelt wurde, liegt nun auch im Elbe-Weser-Kanal fest vertäut an drei Stegen der neuen Hausboot-Marina in Bad Bederkesa. Die acht schwimmenden Ferien-Hausboote sind mit 450 m vorgedämmten Uponor Ecoflex Supra PLUS Rohr an die örtliche Trinkwasserversorgung und das Abwassernetz angeschlossen. Dank des integrierten Heizkabels blieben die Leitungen auch im ersten Winter frostfrei.

Nicht der einzige Luxus, den die Tiny Houses auf einem Bootsrumpf bieten. Bodentiefe Fenster machen das Wasser und die Lichtspiele der Sonne auf dem Wasser unmittelbar erlebbar. Luft und Sonne lassen sich auf der 25 m² großen Dachterrasse genießen und auf eine Ruderpartie im benachbarten Bederkesaer See wartet ein kleines Beiboot. Wenn die Sonne nicht wärmt, dann kann im Wohnraum ein elektrisches Kaminfeuer „angezündet“ werden. 

Die Idee zur Hausboot-Marina zündete Joachim Frost, Geschäftsführer der Hausboot-Reederei GmbH. Er hat seit 2016 in Bremerhaven ein Hausboot liegen und fand im Bürgermeister und der Wirtschaftsförderung von Bad Bederkesa begeisterte Unterstützer für sein Vorhaben, im beschaulichen Hadelner Kanal die schwimmenden Ferienhäuser zu vertäuen. Mit Erfolg: Schneller als geplant wurden die jeweils 11 t schweren Hausboote gefertigt, mit einem Tieflader angeliefert und mit einem Schwerkran gewassert und natürlich auch getauft – auch wenn die Boote gegenwärtig ohne Ruder und Motor ausgestattet sind. 

Die acht Hausboote liegen seit November 2018 an neu errichteten schwimmenden Stegen hinter dem Damm. Die Stege sind über zwei Brückenstege zu erreichen, mit witterungsbeständigen und rutschhemmenden WPC-Paneelen beplankt, damit die Gäste sicheren Fußes ihr schwimmendes Domizil erreichen. Die Hausboote sind in Reih und Glied an den stählernen Dalben fest vertäut und über kurze Brückenstege zu erreichen. 

Die neuen Stege ermöglichen auch die Erschließung der Hausboote mit Strom-, Trinkwasser- und Abwasserleitungen. Die wasserseitig angebrachten Ausleger wurden dabei als Auflage für das Uponor Ecoflex Supra PLUS Rohr verwendet. Damit die Rohre sicher fixiert sind und dennoch aufschwimmen können, wurden von einem örtlichen Schlosser eigens Halterungen aus korrosionsbeständigem Edelstahl angefertigt.  

Nicht die einzigen Anforderungen an das flexible vorgedämmte Rohr mit dem gewellten Mantelrohr. „Das hochwertige Polyethylen des Mantelrohres ist UV-beständig. Dies ist für diese ungewöhnliche Anwendung sehr wichtig, da das Rohr ständiger Sonneneinstrahlung ausgesetzt ist“, erklärt Enrico Soeder von Uponor. Er hat das Projekt betreut, den Bauherrn und den ausführenden SHK-Fachbetrieb Otte, Geestland, beraten und in die Montage eingewiesen. 

Um die Rohre unter Wasser an die Hausboote anschließen zu können, wurde der Querschnitt der innen liegenden PE-Rohre von 63 mm Durchmesser auf 25 mm beim Trinkwasser und auf 32 mm beim Abwasser reduziert. „Wir haben Erfahrung mit der Verlegung von Uponor Ecoflex – aber nur in der Erde. Die Produktempfehlungen und die Montageeinweisungen von Enrico Soeder waren sehr hilfreich“, berichtet Sandra Otte, Inhaberin des gleichnamigen SHK-Fachbetriebes. Enrico Soeder ist einer der Spezialisten bei Uponor für das Ecoflex-System. Diese unterstützen bundesweit Fachplaner und Verarbeiter bei der Planung und der Verarbeitungseinweisung vor Ort. 

Uponor Ecoflex Supra PLUS besteht aus einem innen liegenden PE-Mediumrohr, einer umgebenden Dämmung und dem schützenden Mantelrohr aus hochwertigem Polyethylen. Die Dämmung wird aus einem mehrlagigen, alterungsbeständigen, dauerelastischen, geschlossenzelligen, vernetzten Polyethylen hergestellt. Das Ecoflex Supra PLUS Rohr wird in Dimensionen von 25 bis 110 mm angeboten. Die vorgedämmten Rohre lassen sich ohne zusätzliche Elemente auch in engen Radien verlegen. Dies spart Zeit und Kosten. Das Rohrsystem wird in Deutschland nach zertifizierten und qualitätsgeprüften Standards gefertigt. Als Ausdruck der Qualität bietet Uponor eine zehnjährige Haftungserklärung.
